I first fell in love with the walrus through a sketch I saw of one, then by drawing them myself. So solid, so soft, and those two magnificent tusks! Then, as I connected the drawing to some thoughts I was exploring… in came the northern lights! I love imagininging the walrus rising from the sea to their palace of ice. I love imagining all of us setting everything down to become a brief, spectacular moment under an incandescent sky.
Like prints of a painting, the cups that make up my “Lucky Cup Line” are faithful reproductions of my originals. Designed in my Washington State studio, made in Thailand in a facility meets European standards for people and planet.
The wares are food, microwave, and dishwasher safe, as well as family and café proven strong. Third party tested for food safety.

Useful Care Instructions:
The bottom of the cups is porous and will absorb water during washing. It is best to make sure it can dry upside down completely before putting away, thus allowing all the water to evaporate from the cup to keep it in pristine condition.
